Pre-Sales Technical Consultant – Logitech

Requirement

  1. Work experience with Information and Communication Technology (ICT) distribution companies or System Integration companies.
  2. Hands on and Pre-Sales experience on any Logitech solution.
  3. Having expertise or certification in Logitech products & solutions from Inflow Technologies vendor list will be desirable.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Customer-orientation & problem-solving skills
  6. Time management, Team collaboration and multitasking

Key responsibilities:

  1. Deliver Pre-Sales training for Channel Partners on products and solutions, and handhold them so they can progressively manage customer engagements going forward.
  2. Collaborate closely with the internal sales team throughout the opportunity cycle. Prepare technical proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and address Channel Partner and End Customer queries.
  3. Engage with Channel Partners to understand End Customer requirements, and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proof of concepts to validate proposed solutions.
  4. Coordinate with Inflow’s Vendors and internal stakeholders to support solution validation. Ensure effective communication and timely closure of opportunities.
  5. Regular upgrade of technical expertise through certifications, industry awareness and best practices
