Pre-Sales Technical Consultant – Logitech

Requirement
- Work experience with Information and Communication Technology (ICT) distribution companies or System Integration companies.
- Hands on and Pre-Sales experience on any Logitech solution.
- Having expertise or certification in Logitech products & solutions from Inflow Technologies vendor list will be desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-orientation & problem-solving skills
- Time management, Team collaboration and multitasking
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver Pre-Sales training for Channel Partners on products and solutions, and handhold them so they can progressively manage customer engagements going forward.
- Collaborate closely with the internal sales team throughout the opportunity cycle. Prepare technical proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and address Channel Partner and End Customer queries.
- Engage with Channel Partners to understand End Customer requirements, and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proof of concepts to validate proposed solutions.
- Coordinate with Inflow’s Vendors and internal stakeholders to support solution validation. Ensure effective communication and timely closure of opportunities.
- Regular upgrade of technical expertise through certifications, industry awareness and best practices
