Founded in 2005, Inflow Technologies is a leading Value Added Distributor in the ICT distribution services industry focused on niche technologies in Networking, Cyber Security, Unified Communications and Collaboration, AIDC, Surveillance, Server & Storage related Products & Services.

Headquartered in Bangalore, Inflow operates across 40+ locations in South Asia, enabling resellers to design, deploy and adopt IT Infrastructure solutions to facilitate their customer needs. This initiative, supported by a strong technical team of 150+ certified resources, assists channel partners throughout their sales cycle. Inflow has an annual run-rate revenue of USD 700+ Million.

....Our Role

The technology enabler business model of Inflow follows an indirect approach. An extension of the technology vendors (OEM) model which forms a link with the SI/Reseller/SP community and their end customers.

Identify, recruit & enable Channel Partners through Training, Pre-sales Support, Professional Services & Certification programs . Business Development initiatives support Technology Vendors as well as Channel Partners with promotional activities like road shows, events, seminars, digital marketing campaigns & many more for customers to experience and adopt new technologies.

Inflow has perfected the Execution & Enablement Model – an expanded value addition approach spanning the entire sales cycle from preparation to implementation. As a part of this exercise we identify & recruit channel partners. We also form strategic partnerships with specialists and subject matter experts to help our partners at various stages of their customer engagement. With Supply Chain management & Credit Services backed by post-sales support the model covers sales, solution & service enablement as a whole.

As a professional with over 30 years in the IT industry, I’ve had the privilege of exploring a variety of roles across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Distribution and Business Management. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong passion for innovation and growth, often taking on an entrepreneurial mindset. This has led me to mentor and invest in several start-up’s and established companies, helping them navigate through various stages of development. Each experience has been an opportunity to deepen my expertise in both established and emerging technologies, allowing me to craft business models that are both impactful and sustainable.

One of the milestones I’m particularly proud of is the development of a “Technology Enabler” distribution model, which I believe reshaped how complex technology solutions are brought to market and adopted by businesses. This model helped bridge the gap between innovation and practical implementation, enabling smoother technology transitions for organizations.

Over time, this focus on innovative business models has become a cornerstone of my approach to business—helping companies scale, evolve, and successfully bring cutting-edge solutions to their customers.

As the Group Managing Director of Inflow Technologies, I oversee that the company’s strategic direction is aligned with our growth goals, resource allocation, operational execution and focusing on driving synergy across teams, partners & financials.

Before founding Inflow Technologies, I established Select Technologies in 1999; a company that became a leader in Networking products for SMEs and Information Security. The company’s success led to the rise of “ace”, a dominant networking brand in India, and I continued to lead the company as President & CEO after its acquisition in 2003 by WeP Peripherals Ltd (formerly Wipro Peripherals Ltd).

I began my career at HCL Kolkata, then moved on to a leadership position at Godrej where I managed their printer business in East India. I later had the opportunity to take on & play a key role as GM – Sales & Marketing at Powertel Boca Limited, a start-up that became India’s top modem company before being acquired by Citrix Systems.

I’m an Electronics and Communication Engineer by training, and outside of my day-to-day work, I’m involved in the tech community as a member of SNIA India, a member of TiE Bangalore, and currently serve as a Director and spokesperson for the Technology Distribution Association of India (TDAI).
