Requirement

  1. Work experience with ICT distribution or System Integration companies
  2. Exposure in TAC support in networking & cybersecurity technologies
  3. Knowledge of architectures, design and deployment models in relevant technology .
  4. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and root cause analysis .
  5. Experience in escalation workflows, vendor TAC collaboration, and customer support .
  6. Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and collaboration .

Key responsibilities:

  1. Provide 24×7 roster-based technical support at Level 1/2/3.
  2. Perform diagnostics, log analysis, and replicate issues for root cause identification.
  3. Manage escalation workflows with vendors and own cases until closure.
  4. Communicate with customers clearly during support incidents and updates.
  5. Meet vendor CSAT benchmarks with accurate documentation and knowledge sharing.
