Requirement
- Work experience with ICT distribution or System Integration companies
- Exposure in TAC support in networking & cybersecurity technologies
- Knowledge of architectures, design and deployment models in relevant technology .
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, diagnostics, and root cause analysis .
- Experience in escalation workflows, vendor TAC collaboration, and customer support .
- Strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and collaboration .
Key responsibilities:
- Provide 24×7 roster-based technical support at Level 1/2/3.
- Perform diagnostics, log analysis, and replicate issues for root cause identification.
- Manage escalation workflows with vendors and own cases until closure.
- Communicate with customers clearly during support incidents and updates.
- Meet vendor CSAT benchmarks with accurate documentation and knowledge sharing.
