Business Development Manager – UCC

Requirement

  1. Understand the ICT services ecosystem with knowledge in key distribution processes
  2. Relationship with vendors/OEMs and channel partners
  3. Exposure in UCC (preferably in Audio-Video industry) and all related products and solutions.
  4. Target driven individual with an ability to execute business development activities
  5. Effectively manage and execute transactions
  6. Appetite to learn new products & solutions
  7. Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Key responsibilities:

  1. Align with vendor GTM strategy at a regional level
  2. Participate in the execution of demand gen, marketing & channel activities and focus on incremental revenue.
  3. Identify, recruit, enable and grow business through partners
  4. Work closely with Pre-Sales technical managers, channel managers, marketing, renewal specialists & business operations to leverage upon the respective functions
  5. Build and manage funnel to increase the share of services business across regions
  6. Engage in commercial discussion with vendors & channel partners to close orders favourably
  7. Achieve set targets in terms of margins, revenue, profitability and other identified KRAs
