Experience: 2+ years

Qualification: Any Degree (BSC/BCA/BE/MCA/MSC) with CS or Electronics Background

Requirement:

• BOM preparation
• RFQ/RFP Specking and providing technical expertise
• OEM alignment with Customers
• Site Survey/Site Assessment for ES/UCC Products
• Proof of Concept for End Customers
• Should be willing to travel around the region and work closely with vendors and partners.
• Working with Network Components if applicable and necessary
• Proficient knowledge of servers
• Performing technical training for Partners and Customers
• Deliver Product Demo on Cameras, Video Management software, Physical Access Control Systems, Video / Audio Conferencing solutions, and Smart Audio Modules
• Basic understanding of AV, Surveillance, VMS, Unified Collaboration technologies.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Key responsibilities of the job:

• Act as a technical consultant during the pre-sales process, ensuring proposed solutions align with client needs and business goals.
• Customize and tailor solutions based on client feedback and specific requirements.
• Assist in creating detailed proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and technical documentation.
• Offer in-depth technical knowledge and advice to sales teams and clients.
• Provide Technical Training to Partners and Customers on ES and UCC Product Portfolio.
• Solution for designing, sizing, maintaining, and demonstrating ES products
• Serving as a consultant for assigned projects in preparing RFQ, RFP, Bill of Materials, and Solution Designing
• Deploying and ensuring the proof of concept to the customers
• Support Partners by resolving technical queries, assisting with onboarding, and guiding new partners with technical queries.
• Independently manage technical tools and prepare solutions while ensuring our team’s productivity and satisfaction.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues during the pre-sales process.
• Learning and updating on the current technology trends irrespective of the portfolio.
