Qualification:  Degree / Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology                           

Role Overview: The Pre-sales engineer works closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the sales cycle. They are responsible for understanding the customer’s technical needs, crafting solutions that meet those needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of the company’s products or services.

Industry Exposure: Work experience with Information and Communication Technology (ICT) distribution companies or System Integration companies with hand-on skills on Unified Communication & Collaboration Solutions like Voice (including IP telephony), Video Conferencing, VoIP etc. Exposure to OEM’s such as Cisco, Poly, Avaya or Microsoft along with Industry recognised certifications is preferred. Also, experience in Electronic Surveillance solutions like Axis Communications or Genetec is an added advantage.

Key responsibilities of the job:

  • Collaborate with potential clients to understand their unique technical requirements and business challenges.
  • Develop industry-specific product demonstrations, presentations, and Proofs of Concept
  • Train Sales and Pre-sale teams of our Partner’s in the technical aspects of the product.
  • In-Depth understanding of technical concepts to deliver successful Demo’s and Proof-of-Concept’s
  • Understand the Network Architectures specific to clients and to configure the solution accordingly.
